As someone who loves gaming and is used to buying consoles/ games online I noticed there's a real problem with quality control! Some items arrive covered in dirt, others just plain broken. Some items are boxed so poorly that they either take a year to get in to or have fallen apart in transit.

YourItemSold - Fixes this! Everything is cleaned, tested and properly packaged. If however, there is an issue then I offer a full 12 month warranty on all items so I want you to feel confident you're buying the best!

I hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it we have a 14 day return policy and 12 month warranty on all items. Warranty covers defective or faulty items, not through damage caused by the end user.

If you wish to return your item then please message me first to ensure refunds/ replacements are quickly processed. 14 day returns covers unwanted items but return postage is payable by purchaser. If the item is faulty/ broken we will reimburse postage. Please make sure any original packaging (i.e. promotional console box - not brown packaging box) is intact when returning as this will count as damage towards the product and refund will be discounted accordingly. This is because many retro items are priced on original packaging.

For consoles with a screen the warranty applies to missing rows of pixels or groups of 10 or more clustered together (unless within the 14 day return policy).

It's also advised to use a fully tracked service when sending a return.
