We offer free, non-tracked shipping Australia wide for all of our products. We also offer Registered or Express Post services for $5 or $10 extra. This is selectable at the checkout.
If your order total is over $100, we will send it via a trackable shipping method for free (including garage & gate motors). Please note that on our range of motors, "Overnight" Express Post can range from $80-$200. If you require a motor urgently, please get in contact with our team so we can price this for you.
Depending on your location, your order may be sent with one of the below couriers. If you have a preference for a courier, please put it into the "Notes To Seller" section. If possible, we will send it with your preferred courier.
In the unlikely event that a return is requested, returns must include all original items undamaged (including batteries, clips or instruction manuals).
The buyer is responsible for postage costs incurred in returning products unless Wholesale Garage has posted the wrong item. A return authorization must be obtained before posting the item. We will not refund products that are returned damaged or missing items.
