Most items ship UPS Ground or US Postal Service within 3-5 business days of payment, excluding holidays and weekends. Transit times vary depending on your location.
Please contact me immediately if you have any problem whatsoever. Returns are accepted only if the item is in the same unused condition as delivered, in the original packaging, and has not been laundered. The warehouse - not us - may impose a 10-15% restocking fee, but we're willing to work with buyers on every level. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. The return address is different from that on the shipping label, so DO NOT return to that address, which is our out-going warehouse. Per its own policy, the warehouse will refuse delivery on all such returns, so the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense. To receive the proper credit, contact me before returning the item for the correct shipping address.
