Combine Shipping Cost.

• We always try our best to combine shipping but his rule apply to USPS as they have priority box size but we do not ship with USPS due to their quality is bad.(For Guppy : 5 pairs or 3 trios and Betta fish: 10 fish will fit in 1 box). Please add all items you need in your shopping cart and submit as 1 order. It helps us easy to combine and refund on your shipping cost.
• For Overnight service : ( For Discus, Altum, Flowerhorn or any fish going with overnight) We already listed shipping cost for these kind of fish. We will try our best to combine but incase of we cannot combine then what we normally do is : if you buy multiple fish, we will purchase shipping label then refund the remaining fees back to your account.
• For any special request on Overnight Service, please email us what you need and your shipping address, We will check shipping cost for you.

Shipping Schedule

Live Fish will be alive under a week without any food and with proper shipping and package but cannot live in the bag without oxygen and normally under 50 hours. Over the course of 15 years import, export from and to the U.S as well as shipping fish to anywhere in the world from our farm oversea , We hardly have any problem with fish being transport alive, except in same rare cases when the shipment is lost, delay due to extreme weather.

• We required 4 business days for shipping handling, we need fasting the fishes and prepare as perfect as possible to keep the fish healthy before and during transport.
• Fish will be carefully package in a Styrofoam Cooler Box 1.5 - 2 inches thick with proper insulation and color liner bags and heat seal bags to ensure they can tolerate the temperature shift during transport from us to anywhere as well as reduce stress.

UPS - FedEx overnight : Monday - Wed(Order on Wed will be ship on next Monday)    

Shipping Option

• We normally ship our fish with UPS or Fedex Overnight so it will be less risky for live animal. If you are a fish lover, I think you would love your fish arrived safe and fast instead of worry about the shipping cost for overnight service so please think twice before order instead of negotiate or asking discount on shipping as this is cost for UPS, Fedex to ship package overnight instead of us. You actually get alot saving from our negotiation account compare to going to ups-fedex store and buy the label yourself. Please Do not compare our cost with those peoples using counterfeit label. Only counterfeit lable will be cost so cheap. We purchase label directly from ebay.
• Order placed after Wed 1PM will be shipped out next Monday morning. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday are shipping day. Shipping them out these day will eliminate the chance of the package will spend over night at the warehouse, therefore increase the chance of them arrival healthy significantly.
• For Overnight service we will communicate with you ( we need at least 24 hour to fasting the fish, Most order will be out next day or the 2nd day) because it is very important of preparing for the fish to be transport.
• If the weather conditions is not allowed shipping the fishes. We will communicate with you when the fishes should be ship.
• Every Overnight shipment is covered under our Guarantee Live Arrival policy. DOA (Only Fish, not the Shipping Charge as it is for UPS-Fedex not us. We do not make money on your shipping charge so please do not ask for it. the cost is for carrier sending the package to you)

OUR PROCESS

 At Texas Aqua, LLC we take utmost pride in the packaging and shipping of our fish. Our process ensures that your fish arrive safe and healthy. The first step of the process involves triple or even quadruple bagging your fish depending on the amount of traveling involved and then lining the bag with opaque liners before filling with pure oxygen before sealing. The bags are packed in thick Styrofoam insulated shipping containers and heat packs or ice packs are provided to keep the water at appropriate temperature.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

 To date, we have not lost many fishs sent via UPS Next day, FedEx Overnight or Air cargo. That being said, Texas Aqua, LLC does insure all fish shipped with somebody home to receive it.

REFUND AND NON-REFUND

In the unfortunate and rare even that one of your fish arrive dead or entire order arrive dead, you must take 3 clear picture and at least 20 seconds video of the fish in the original unopened bag within one hour of first attempted delivery for submit your DOA claim. After pictures/video received, we will refund the full amount of your DOA fish only if the package is delivered on time. We DO NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE BECAUSE IT IS PAID TO CARRIERS.

We will work closely with carriers to ensure the package is safe but we cannot control their operation so please understand this policy.

WHAT IF DELAY BY CARRIER:

Please understand that UPS/Fedex do not guarantee or cover insurance for LIVE ANIMAL. In case of delay by UPS, They will only refund on shipping charge but not the cost on fish so we do not receive anything from UPS. Many customer misunderstand and think we don't lost anything which is not correct. We will help you fight back for the shipping charge and hopefully we can win the fight but please understand if the delay caused by mother nature such as storm, snow...etc. UPS has the right to deny the claim. We only help you by passing our negotiate discount account for your saving. We do not make money on your shipping. It is also cost us money for all the shipping supplies we use to ship your order.

If Delay occurs in shipment by carrier, we will refund up to half of the fish price by store credit only to support your hobby. We do not refund or responsible on shipping cost for late arrival and/or any other issue from Carriers. 

We willing to take the big loss and up to ship the replacement fish for DOA fish but customers must pay for the shipping charge. 

DOA only legal on first attempted to deliver. We will not responsible for the package if no one home to receive it or loss package due to carrier. 

Refund will be given in same payment method received.

*You must be present for delivery on the first attempt in order to receive a refund. If a package is refused or returned for any reason then this will void our guarantee.
