If you cannot find the tyre you are looking for in our shop, please send us a message and we will do our best to source it for you. We can source any size from 12-inch to 24-inch tyres, including new or used tyres, depending on your requirements.
At Top Tier Tyres, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently.
All tyres are shipped with same-day or next-day dispatch, depending on the time the order is placed.
Orders are sent via next-day delivery courier services where possible.
Delivery Address
Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.
Non-Standard Delivery Locations
Some locations may require additional shipping costs due to courier surcharges. This includes areas such as:

Isle of Wight
Other remote or offshore UK locations
If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, please message us with your full postcode before purchasing so we can provide an accurate postage quote.

At Top Tier Tyres, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, the following policy applies.
Returns Period
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, tyres must:
Not have been fitted to a vehicle
Be unused and in their original condition
Be returned without damage or markings
We reserve the right to refuse returns if tyres show signs of fitting, use, or damage.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns are at the buyer’s cost.
Customers may arrange their own return courier, or we can provide a return label if requested.
If we provide the return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Company Error
If the return is required due to an error on our part (for example: incorrect tyres supplied or damaged goods received), Top Tier Tyres will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Refunds
Once the returned tyres are received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may be adjusted to account for return shipping costs where applicable.
