RETURNS AND REFUNDS (100% Money Back Guarantee) Please note that transactions made by a business are non-returnable except for damage or incorrect items.We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "100% money back guarantee" means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel the order and return the goods. Just contact us by email within 15 days of receipt and we will then issue a returns number along with our warehouse address. You then have a further 15 days to return the parcel. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods, including packaging, whilst in your possession and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.
