Shipping Policy

At Retro Gold, we take pride in the care and professionalism with which we handle every order. Whether you're buying vintage electronics, collectibles, or custom items, we ensure each shipment is accurate, protected, and reliable.


Handling Time:

  • We ship daily, with a maximum handling time of four (4) business days. This allows us to thoroughly inspect, prepare, and package your item for safe transit.
  • Verified Addresses Only:
  • We only ship to verified addresses as provided at checkout via eBay or Etsy.
  • We do not ship to alternate addresses submitted post-purchase. Requests to do so will result in order cancellation, a negative feedback strike, and a report to eBay/Etsy.
  • Packaging & Protection:
  • All items are carefully packaged using proper protective materials to ensure safe, damage-free arrival. We treat every item like the collectible it is.
  • Tracking & Insurance:
  • Every shipment includes tracking and is insured for the appropriate value, ensuring peace of mind throughout the delivery process.
  • Shipping Costs:
  • For most purchases, the buyer selects their preferred shipping method and pays the calculated rate based on item size and weight.
  • We do not combine shipping, as many items are pre-packaged for efficiency and preservation.
  • Domestic & International Shipping:
  • We ship both within the U.S. and internationally.
  • International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes imposed by their local authorities.
  • We do not falsify customs information—please do not ask.


Return Policy

At Retro Gold, we are committed to accurate listings and customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to reflect the nature of vintage and collectible items while ensuring fairness and transparency.


Returns Accepted Only If Not As Described:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or is materially different from the listing description or photos. We make every effort to resolve such issues, including offering full or pro-rated refunds as appropriate.
  • 30-Day Claim Window:
  • If a return is authorized, the buyer must contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.
  • No Returns on Accurately Described Items:
  • Due to the unique and often irreplaceable nature of vintage goods, we do not accept returns on items that are correctly described and photographed. All such sales are final.

Shipping Damage:

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days. Please provide photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the situation and process an appropriate resolution.

Warranty Exceptions:

  • If an item includes a warranty or guarantee, it will be clearly stated in the individual product description. Unless otherwise specified, no warranties are provided.

Feedback Timing:

  • We leave appropriate feedback once the 30-day return window closes, or sooner if feedback is left by the buyer first.
