Domestic Shipping
Free shipping on all items unless otherwise stated to the lower 48 states. Additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Guam will apply. We reserve the right to change shipping carrier based on location or for combined orders. This is to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible and reducing the chance of shipping damage. Orders normally ship the same or next business day depending on when we receive the order. Our inventory is constantly updating and we do our best to keep it as accurate as possible but mistakeshappen. In the rare case this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve any issues.

International Shipping
We ship to Canada. Limitations due to manufacturer’s restrictions on some items may apply. The shipping costs do not include duty, import taxes or any other fees associated with importing so please check before you purchase an item. We are not able to change declared values for any purchase so please don’t ask because it is against the law. All international items will ship via UPS. Shipping times will vary depending on the country the item is being shipped to.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery and are subject to a 30% restocking fee unless there are extraordinary circumstances or the item was damaged in shipping. All returns require an RA number so please contact us prior to sending anything back. If the item is listed as closeout and sold as is with no return, that item is not returnable unless damaged in shipping. Returns must be in the same and resalable condition as we shipped it and you must include a copy of the sales invoice you received with the item. If you have any questions or concerns about any item, please always double check with us to make sure you have the correct part or item to prevent these types of problems. It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering the correct item and again, if you are unsure, please contact us before you buy.

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING UNLESS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING OR IS OUR MISTAKE. IT MUST BE SIGNED FOR AS DAMAGED WITH THE CARRIER FOR US TO BE ABLE TO FILE A DAMAGE CLAIM. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING FOR ANY SHIPPING DAMAGE PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR YOUR ORDER SO BEFORE YOU SIGN, CHECK YOUR ORDER.
