Shipping Policy
Shipping policy is simple and basic! If we screwed up, we will eat it. If you the buyer, make the error, you eat it!
Return Policy
#1 - As for custom or special made to order items we cannot accept returns so make sure your order is what you want and correct. All sales are final on (*all) custom or specialized parts or kits (*"all performance enhanced upgrade components that attach to your engine or exhaust system")
#2 - All Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the products sale price
#3 - All returns must be pre-approved with an issued RMA#. If you return an item without an RMA#, it will be rejected
#4 - Buyer pays freight/shipping cost on all returns, original billed shipping charges are not refunded.
#5 - PMP will cover shipping on any item if in our error of the sale.
