Shipping Policy
| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. All Rugs will be shipped via UPS or Fedex and estimated delivery time will be 1 to 5 business days for orders within the U.S. For international orders please contact us for delivery times. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Return Policy
We make all returns hassle free. When you purchase your rug(s) with us, you have 14 days from the day you receive your rug to decide whether or not they will work for you. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to start the return process. If you wish to return your rug(s), you can do so by contacting us at 1 888 407-7847 (8am-6pm EST) Mon-Fri to obtain an RMA # and instructions for you return. You can also email us at info@orientalruggalaxy.com and we'll email you the instructions for your return. We will deduct the price of shipping when giving a refund. You may exchange for the same price or more at no additional cost. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged. Once again please contact us before returning because we do not accept CODS.
