We pack our items professionally, with a lot of care, in order to avoid any trouble during the shipping. The shipping is insured.
However, if your item arrives damaged, please fill up immediately a claim with the courier as it is the only way to get paid by the insurance!! Take pictures of the parcel when arrives in any way damaged, take pictures of the content too. Accordingly to the shippers regulation, it is the receiver's duty to announce any kind of damage in the moment of receiving the parcel.
Returns:
14 days return, Customer pays return shipping.
Item should be packed in the same package as it was shipped, with the same care, in order to avoid further damages during the return.
Please take pictures when packing it! We'll need them to prove it was well packed when a damage during the transport may occur!
However, please contact us before shipping it back to set up all the details.
