Shipping Policy
| I will alway strive to acquire the least expensive shipping costs for you. Unless you prefer an upgrade for faster delivery then I will ship according to your request, if you are paying for shipping. For safety, on more expensive items I will add insurance and sometimes require a signature upon delivery, to ensure the right person receives the item you purchased. |
Return Policy
Each item is different some are sold as is, no returns, no refunds. This is specified in each listing. Most have a 14 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your item and it is returned within 14 days of purchase I will refund purchase price only, no shipping costs will be refunded. Before shipping each item is tested or examined and is in good working order unless otherwise stated in description. I will not accept return of damaged items. Each item is carefully packaged for it's protection and I am not responsible of any loss or damages once shipped. You may consider this when choosing shipping options, since priority mail comes with free $50 insurance and additional insurance can be purchased. You may notify me if you want to insure your purchase and I will add it to the invoice. Loss or damage can be taken up with the carrier. In some cases depending on cost of item and I have agreed to pay for shipping then I will incur the additional insurance and request signature upon delivery. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
