We offer a full refund or exchange for items purchased on LucaSoundVision, providing they are returned complete with packaging, accessories and in an ‘as new’ condition within 30 days of purchase.
This excludes bespoke items that have been made for you, including all speaker cables cut to length, and terminated speaker cables, unless faulty.
We will only issue refunds to the original payment method, and once we have received the goods back.
The cost of the return delivery charge is to be paid directly by the customer.
We recommend the item be returned via a track-able method and insured, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of an item being returned.
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for any returned item, which does not comply with the above conditions.
