Shipping is as denoted in the listing. In most cases the shipping options are USPS Mail for USA based locations. If you reside internationally, the shipping is typically USPS First Class International. This usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive. Some countries have slower shipping times, so it should be expected that in most cases no longer than 30 days should it take to arrive. For international customers please be aware to check your location's laws on duties/tariffs. In some countries you will find that a value more than a set amount may trigger significant costs to you to get the goods. Example if you bought 2 items at 20 per piece, the total value would be 40 and could trigger an import fee for you to pay that may be upwards of 20 dollars. Please do your due diligence to ensure you avoid those fees. It may be cheaper to buy 2 separate items and ship separately than to combine 2 items. Thank you |
In 17 years and 40,000+ orders it is rare that we have an issue with the parts that we sell. We are picky and usually if there is an issue, it's far and few between. In the case we have an issue with a parts performance please contact us to discuss the matter. Please give us a business day to reply. If you are wishing to return an item that you no longer need, we are happy to accept the return provided it can be resold as new. In other words, once you install the item, it can not be resold as new. Please keep this in mind when you purchase. Thank you
