We (JROI LIMITED) are a UK based company that started life trading in 2016. We are small business with potential for growth with a goal to an extensive range of high-quality products to the end user.
We presently operate in eBay and Amazon UK and are continually looking for exciting new products to sell through its various marketing channels. We also welcome international customers, however, we would advise that, although we mail out orders promptly, as items are dispatched from the UK sometimes delays in receiving goods may occur. We apologise in advance for any delays and any inconvenience this may cause.

Tracking details for your item will be available once your item has been dispatched if you require them. Please ensure your delivery address is correct on eBay as this is essential. Should you require an alternate address please change this before payment.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
