Order placed before 2pm PST, Mon-Fri, will ship SAME DAY. Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship the next business day.
We will ship all orders via ground service unless otherwise requested. We will ship using the carrier of our choice, which in most cases is USPS or UPS.
All shipments will be delivered without a signature required. Integrity products Group LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please make sure you provide a safe delivery address where packages can be left unattended.
Products may be returned for a full credit, or exchange within 30 days of shipping. All returned items must be un-installed, in original packaging, and in good, resalable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If the returned product is found to have been sent in error or is defective, ground shipping charges based on USPS or UPS published rates will be refunded. All credits will be issued back to the original form of payment.
