All returns must be post marked no later then 14 days from date delivered. Your purchase must be returned in the same condition it was sent in, in the same box, including all items it was shipped with (such as packaging materials, product cards, dustbag, locks & keys etc.) All items will have a security tag attached, which can only be removed with scissors. If you tamper with or remove the security tag, the item will no longer be eligible for return, no exceptions. So please be sure to fully examine the item prior to cutting the tag. Buyer pays return shipping and must be fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. There will be a 21% restocking fee on all returns, regardless of reason.
