Please Examine the outer cartons for signs that damage may have occurred during shipping. 2. Please examine the internal packing and retain all packing material. Please make sure the items in the cartons matches your packing list that will be attached to one of the outer cartons. If the outer cartons or inner boxes have lot numbers, you may be asked to provide them. 4.Any product that has been adulterated or written on will not be accepted for return at any time. 5. If you need to return an item, please contact Gorilla Scientific at 1-866-435-4977 6. A restocking fee of 15 percent will apply to all returns that are non-damaged/non-defective items. Please be sure to check your order carefully.
