Unless otherwise specified we ship by Royal Mail first class post. In the case of heavier orders we prefer to cover the extra cost ourselves and send by 24 hour tracked guaranteeing you the quickest most efficient service we can offer.
Returns are accepted should you not be satisfied. However, if the item has been personalised and there is an error in the personalisation we can only accept returns or replacements if the fault is ours. BUT, we aren't that cruel. If you have made a mistake in the personalisation details so get in touch with us. We may be able to help sort the problem out as efficiently as possible.
