Any sent signed for (not tracked) is for our confirmation of delivery.Not for customers to track the order. (Unless you pay for this)
Please keep a lookout for your delivery if Royal Mail cannot get a signature from you they will leave a card. This is then your responsibility to collect the goods or get a redelivery If your collecting remember to take I.D
If you fail to collect, the goods will be returned to us.
If this happens there will be a redelivery charge as the free postage has been used. (free is never free it's in the price of your purchase)
We post everyday Monday to Friday, we cannot change any address mistakes on your order, please do not ask us to.
Any refunds if you require the order not to be resent the price of postage will be revoked.
Again we cannot change your address for you in any way, and may cancel your order if you ask us to send to an alternative address.
Items of body jewellery, nose studs, touch jewellery are non returnable if they have been opened. This is UK and EU law. For a return we would need photo evidence of the goods still in the original unopened packet.
