Most items are posted using Royal Mail,. Postage charges consist of Post and Packing.. We take extreme care with our packaging, with items usually being dispatched the same or following day via Royal Mail. We do occasionally use other courier services.
International Buyers
International buyers are welcome using the eBay Global Shipping Program. Any import duty, VAT, shipping costs, taxes or other charges are not included in the item price. These charges are solely the buyer's responsibility and are usually added at checkout via GSP.
Returns
If you receive an item that has been damaged by the delivery service, to enable a claim we will require pictures of the packaging and the item before the delivery service will accept any responsibility..
Returned items must be securely packaged and returned in the same packaging and condition they were received in. A full refund will only be given once the security markings are verified and there is no damge or signs of use to the item.
