On my auctions that have best offer options, I welcome any offers, and do not get offended by "low ball" offers. I completely understand and agree with the concept of trying to get the best deal possible, and I am willing to work with people. Also, it doesn't matter if the item sells for 1 penny or 1 thousand dollars, I will provide the same unparallelled level of service for all sales.
Shipping Policy
| I do pack all items very well, and I do ship them out very quickly. As a collector and buyer myself, I know how disappointing it can be to receive an item that has been literally destroyed due to shoddy packaging. Although I have no control whatsoever how an item is handled on its way to you, I do make sure it is well protected in the box, and it should arrive safe and sound, regardless of a few bumps and scrapes along the way. As for the shipping charges, I will charge only the actual shipping, and if there is an overpayment I will always refund the difference to your PayPal account after the item is shipped. In some cases where there may be significant packaging costs, I sometimes charge extra to cover these. I do promise that you will never have to deal with unscrupulous charges for shipping and handling, and I will combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever it can be done safely and effectively. I do strive to save you as much money as I can, while delivering your items to you in as perfect condition possible as quickly as possible. |
Return Policy
Also, I offer a 14 day no hassle return policy, if for any reason you do not want the item, just return it back to me within 14 days. As soon as I receive it in the same condition as when I shipped it out, I will refund to your PayPal account the original price plus the original shipping that you paid for. The way I see it, if you are not happy with the purchase, there is no way I want to keep your money. What could be simpler than that?
