All product packaging (box, manual, warranty card, etc.) and certificates must be returned with the product. Items without original documentation will not be returned. Do not deface the original carton or package in any way. If the package is not in its original condition, we will not accept the return.
Watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned items.
The customer must insure the value of the goods and ship the returned goods via a signed-for delivery service.
