Each National Hi Gear part is covered by a comprehensive 3 months warranty. All items sold are new & unused and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in unused condition. Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 30 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer.
All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address.
