I usually ship the next day, excluding weekends and holidays, the package will be shipped the next regular opening of the post office.

If your package was damaged via the shipping method you chose, I will refund your money, or send a replacement if one is available. I will need photographs of the damage, including the box, and the damaged item. I will need these pictures before I refund your money.
