We are not responsible of post delays/losts,customs fees/custom controls.Shipping time is around 9-45 days( 9-25days to Europe.9-45 days to other countries) ,worldwide and very rarely may take longer. We are not responsible about shipping time because we are not responsible about post systems Because of christmast and other festivals there may be many parcels waiting in customs control,so your item may deliver late. And also because of bad weather conditions in Europe, sometimes parcels delays.
